Any standard height one should be, there are some which are 19mm or more which may not fit but they are exceptionally rare

As for the D ram cache, it would just be on the spec sheet / the vendor should have that info :)

Any 2.5" 6GB/sec SSD is suitable and will work, I usually use the Samsung 2.5" Pro and/or EVO SATA-3 range drives that I found to be speedy and very reliable with great software for both cloning and tuning (also trigger the TRIM command within windows for better performance). Just as an example, I've used a Samsung EVO 850 for 4 years daily and it still works 100% and perfectly. This drive is very easy to fit and/or replace in your AN515-51 as it’s just a matter of unscrewing the base back door panel and replacing and/or adding a 2.5" SSD.

This is the CrystalDiskMark 8.0.1 results done recently on my 4 years old Samsung 512GB - 850 EVO SSD with 47% of its drive free, this is a pretty good result for a SATA-3 6GB/sec 2.5" drive.
