Is my Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54 Compatible with this ram?

Was wonderin if the RAM that i have on the link is compatible if iam planning to upgrade it to a dual channel, my current default setup is a single channel 16GB Ram stick 2400mhz and would like to know how if its possible? ( Link uptop for a more detailed view).

and as well as an additional question i have recently bought this helios-300 2021 laptop at an official Acer predator dealer store (Not Online) in Indonesia but apparently the I7 11800H only has 5 cores and 10 Threads where the seller promised that it would have 8 cores and 16 Threads, is there any explanation for this as well?

Yes, max RAM for your unit is 64 GB. So it is compatible.

JUSTDAVE_YT yes but you would probably want 3200mhz as your 11th gen supports it in order to get the best performance from it either get vengeance or hyperx also always make sure you get a proper ready dual channel set do not mix different sodimms with different CL/clock/size and preferably brand so my advice forget the stock ram either sell it or keep it as spare and get a proper set

PS: the i7 11800H has 8 cores/16threads if your cpu doesnt have it could be a cutdown (fake) cpu which its very weird i have never seen this before you should contact acer support directly or the shop/seller were you got it and get them to replace your unit with the proper specs asap but before make sure you check your bios and hwinfo/cpuz to compare the windows task manager result as sometimes you might have a bugged windows if all the results check get it replaced asap as this is not right at all that cpu with those specs doesnt even exist in in any of the intel cpu generations good luck
