No sound on acer aspire 3 a315-51

Member Posts: 1 New User
Hello,
My sound on the laptop disappeared.
Reinstalled all the sound drivers, even the whole system.
Speakers and headphones won't work.
I get sound through HDMI and Bluetooth but that's it.
Though that it is an audio card problem, replaced, didn't help.
Any ideas?

Who replaced the audio card since It is not normally replaceable by the user? It is in the form of an integrated circuit chip soldered to the motherboard. Perhaps you should try right clicking the speaker icon in the tray, Click open sound settings. Then click the troubleshoot button in the Sound output section and follow directions.

You can check audio driver... maybe driver problem/update.
