Hello!
Sorry for my bad english, this community forum is my last hope.

I have Acer Nitro AN515-45
And i bougth Intel 660p nvme SSD for this laptop
Sometimes after i reboot/boot a laptop, it recognize a intel SSD, sometimes not (in Windows, also in Linux which installed on SATA SSD, also in BIOS).
When laptop recognize a SSD successfully, it works without any problems.
But when laptop does not recognize it, i have no way to do any actions and have to restart laptop until SSD has recognized.
On regular PC, SSD works well.

    Hi @ Urusai88
Yes you can install a M.2 NVMe SSD, PCIe and NVMe SSDs are similar, you can also install a M.2 SATA SSD, M2.SATA SSD and M.2 NVMe SSD both are compatible with your laptop. http://www.userbenchmark.com/System/Acer-Nitro-AN515-51/61125

To transfer your OS to SSD?
Please follow the steps below and see whether it helps:
1.Download and install Minitool partition wizard free.
    2. Install the SSD and use Migrate feature to transfer the contents of HDD to SSD.
    3. Go to BIOS and change the boot order to make the SSD as your first boot device.
    4. Make sure the migration was successful, then format the HDD and use it for storage.
You can also remove the HDD and use the laptop only with the SSD after the migration completed, if you prefer.
