How to get 144hz with 2k resolution in Acer Predator Z271 Curve using Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45?

Recently i just bought my new monitor acer predator z271 curve , but currently i just gettin 60hz with 2k resolution because i only can usin HDMI to connect the monitor. Based on the monitor's manual book, we only can get 144hz + with 2k reso and nvdia gsycn on with display port. My nitro 5 only have hdmi and type c, and my type c didnt support display port output (based on manual book), anyway to get 144hz with 2k reso using my nitro 5 ? thankyou and dont delete my post again.

How do I enable 144Hz on my Acer Predator?

1. Right Click on the Desktop.
2. Click on Display settings.
3. Click on Display adapter properties (a new box should open up)
4. Click on the monitor tab.
5. Set Screen refresh rate to 144hz.

there's no 144hz in the option , and based on monitor's manual books, we only can get above 60hz with display port

Purchase a docking station and use the DP cable it will be better.

I am not sure because it wil not work out for all the system. We can check it. It depends upon the docking station compatibility.

My guess is you want the 144Hz for gaming purposes, so a docking station  really will not give the performance you wish, even though it might allow the resolution. You likely are not going to be able to get 144Hz with your setup since you don't have a DP port. Can you live with 120Hz or is that also not available?
