Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 GPU 100% spikes for 1sec

I have a Nitro 5 an515-52 and i after some fps lags ingame (league of legends) i came to check nitrosense and it clearly indicated gpu spikes ingame and even when idle.
As you can see I already have low temp for cpu and gpu because I changed the thermal paste + I am using throttlestop to undervolt the cpu in order to lower those temps and preventing a throttling.
All my drivers ar updated
I have high performance for all specifications of the pc.
I have no cryptomining bot installed (i checked it with multiple antiviruses)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz   2.30 GHz

RAM  8,00 Go 
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

I really don't know from where it comes from so I hope you guys will have a hint or an answer

Check to see all bios and vbios updates have been complete, check the intel/integrated graphics are up to date too, and all windows update complete.
