predator orion 3000 p03-630 dg.e2eep.001 socket cpu cooler problem

Hello Guyz !

I just got my pc and this stock cpu cooler in 50-100% usage 80-90 celsius.
So i wanna upgrade with a normal cooler. I have some question.
What is the maximum height in this case which can fit? And can i change the cooler ? Because i saw it has unusual backplate spots, i show you in photos : https://imgur.com/a/YYu0FF3
And if i buy new lga 1200 socket cooler will it fit in these screws spots or had to change the backplate ? Can i change the backplate?

One more question, can i change the cpu fan speed ? I search in bios but this bios not letting me change anything...
