hi everyone! i have a question for you all!
i recently got an aspire 3. i love it, got it for college. ANYWAY. i’m taking care of it so well. in the last week, it has not move from my desk. i am very careful, but suddenly, my touchpad stopped working? i usually use a mouse on the side but sometimes i use my touch pad. i tried to look up on the internet what i could do! nothing works 🥲

    @spookymel

    Would you happened to press F7 key by mistake and turn it off?

    Try toggle between F7, Fn+F7 to see if you will get the touchpad back.

    Hi @spookymel,

    # Try to update the mice and other pointing device driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option mice and other pointing device driver.
    4. Under the title mice and other pointing device driver.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title mice and other pointing device driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

    Check this T/S and post the result.
