Hi my PH315-52  is 2 years old, 16 gb ram, i7-9750H, 1660ti, Windows 10 home.

I am getting BSOD as soon as I am logged on next day of gaming. Entire previous day I play any intensive game with msi afterburner undervolting gpu, which I installed recently (had BSOD before that, thought gpu temp went too high at 92C). Also I used throttlestop for cpu undervolting sometimes (not starting with Windows). Then next day I start getting BSOD WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. In this error it tries to create memory dump but stays at 0% and restarts. In safe mode system is stable.

Why should BSOD happen next day of playing with same setup and just after logging into windows?

Intel XTU process was getting reenabled on next boot. May be predator sense was causing it as after uninstalling it, didn't get reenabled.

theres a separate xtu service that belongs to PS only as PS uses xtu for the dgpu overclocking plans/turbo etc but if you had installed xtu software before and completely removed it (i mean with a uninstaller like for ex youruninstaller or similar to completely remove everything) you should always shutdown battery powerdrain and bios setup defaults also if TS was giving you bsod its  too much undervolt :) that error you had its usually caused by TS
