Acer Nitro XV27P driver install issues

Good Day,
I have 3 of the Acer Nitro XV27P displays on a HP ZBook Studio G5  /  Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-8950HK CPU @ 2.90GHz / NVIDIA Quadro P1000 4gb DDR5 / 48gb Ram and I cannot seem to install the monitor driver, the 3 file's that extract are .cat | .icm | .inf   When I manually point to the folder it finds them and tells me Windows says it has the best driver installed and will not install it... Is there a work around that anyone is aware of?
Thanks in advance.

That is normal, the monitor and Windows talk to each other via plug and play and negotiate the supported resolutions. If you right click the .inf file it will give install as an option, but it's likely already there.
