Hi Acer Community,

I humbly seek your advise. I've tried to install Acer Care Center through the Acer Website using my SNID.

Note: My Acer Nitro AN515-54 was reformatted due to an error before and I only took the OS from the Windows ISO File from main website(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10)

Steps Taken:
1. Went to https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/content/support-product/7964?b=1&pn=NH.Q59SP.00A (Image1 for reference).
2. Downloaded all three Acer Applications.
3. Rebooted computer at Every point of Install or Uninstall.
4. Tried to Configured Task Scheduler to Run app with Highest privileges(Image2 for reference).
5. (For Nitro Sense App) - Also Researched about this 2nd extra step of unpacking the file(ba4fabaecaf34ebebd9228c1690a2a96.APPXBUNDLE) from the folder: NitroSenseV3.1
6. Downloaded Care center from Microsoft Store.

Application Version Tried:
1. Acer Care Center_Acer_4.00.3024_W10x64
2. Nitro Sense_Acer_3.01.3016_20200918_W10x64

Result: Not Launching for Acer Care Center & Nitro Sense, But Quick access is launching just fine.

I am just dumb founded on what to do here. I hope someone can help me.

PS: My Windows product details and OS.

Hi, using a different account worked for me. But, when I use my main account then nitrosense and care center wouldn't work. How can I make them work with my main account?
