Can anyone help me?

I want to upgrade my Aspire ES 14 (ES1-432-C65J) to SSD but I don't know how to choose for decent and proper SSD. I have problems in my laptops start up, it takes around 4hrs to open and sometimes it doesn't open at all.

1. Can I install an M.2 ssd on my laptop?  Is it better than having SATA ssd?
2. Can i have both my hdd and ssd at the same time? If yes, what type of ssd is applicable for it to happen?
3. Is there any accessories or tools needed alongside ssd like cable or caddy?
4. Is kingston ssd a decent one?

I'm sorry for lot of questions, its my first time upgrading and I want to do it properly.

I'm open for suggestions and new suggestions. Thank you!

The unreplaceable emmc boot chip on your laptop's mainboard is probably failing. However, you should be able to disable the emmc chip and boot from the existing 2.5" 500GB HDD that is already installed or you can replace the 2.5" HDD to a faster 2.5" SSD. Your mainboard does not have an m.2 socket for an m.2 SSD  card.

To see what you have inside to determine what's best, shut the laptop off. Then turn it back on and immediately press the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Please post a phone photo of the BIOS Information tab if possible.
