You really don't want a Legacy option, that is only for machines old enough to come with Windows 7 or earlier. There are several things that can cause a no bootable device error, typically either a failed or failing drive or corrupted data on the drive (such as a virus might create). What drive size and type are installed in your SP111-32N? IIRC most come with a 32GB, 64GB or 128GB eMMC drive soldered to the motherboard. There are also some that instead use an M.2 SSD but I don't see any specs on that so I expect that is more of an optional update.
The easiest way to figure out what is going on is to boot from a Windows install flash drive and use the repair tools to look at your drive. If the drive doesn't show up at all, or isn't readable then we pretty much know what the problem is and the only likely fix will be to put a SSD in instead and install Windows to that. If the drive seems to be OK and has the correct partitions then we will likely want to rebuild the EFI partition to repair the boot process.
