My laptop battery is broken and I have disconnected the laptop battery
When i try turn on my laptop This message is displayed:

The upgrade process has been suspended because your battery charge is too low. Please plug in a power source; the process will continue when the charge is more than 25%

I can't plug the battery, because it's broken
How can i cancel this windows update message? :(

bikdelo you cant you need to get it charged if you have a faulty battery you need to replace it and get a new one im assuming you have tried to update the bios or similar on that state so again no unless you get it charged on a good battery you wont be able to even try to get it fixed as all laptops with internal battery will not work properly without it also u need to provide the full model number for us to get you the part number you need to buy or if youre under warranty send it back to get it replaced  good luck :)

Ps: never disconnect the internal battery on a laptop if its faulty replace it asap the battery needs to be always plugged in at all times even if its faulty or the device will not work as you can see in your case the only occasion that a battery should always be disconnected its when you disassemble it to clean/repaste/upgrade and make sure to re connect it after
