Laptop keeps freezing - Nitro 5 AN515-54

Hello!

I've been having this issue for couple of days now and i don't know what the problem might be. My Nitro 5 AN515-54 keeps randomly freezing and there is nothing I can do other than manually power it off and back on. The problem usually happens when I am browsing (I use Opera Browser) but it happened once while I was in a group call on MS Teams. It never happened like this and I've had this laptop for a little over 1 year. I don't know if it's a windows problem or if I need to update drivers or anything like that. I want to specifie that I didn't observe any major heating while freezing or on a daily basis. I don't know what to do about it, I really coudn't afford another laptop right now. Would updating to Windows 11 fix this?
