So I have an Acer monitor from March 2020 I use for work from home and I have the big block made by Honoto that came with it it’s a switching adapter the model number is ADS-40SI-19-3, then 19030E..the block and the plug that goes into the wall is fine but the skinny cord with the little adapter piece that goes into the back of the monitor has been severed and I can’t find anything decent online with any decent reviews. It says 100 to 240 V and 50/60 Hz. Acer lcd monitor, model R271, part # UM.HR1AA.001.

I hope your dog is OK! Teeth and line voltage do not mix. The Acer part number for your power adapter is: 25.T0LM5.002, the description is: ADAPTER 30W 1.58A 19V ADS-40SI-19-3 19030E(VI), though I see another reference with 2.1A instead of 1.58A. The key is to have the right size plug and the 19V output with at least the minimum amperage. You should be able to find plenty of them to fit.
