I know how to connect Bluetooth, it easily works on other laptops, however, on my Acer laptop, it just won't. I haven't been able to connect Bluetooth ever since I had the laptop. Over a year ago I thought I messed with the drives and went over to the manufacturer site to download the Bluetooth drivers, that didn't work. The Bluetooth works just fine if I'm transferring files or pairing, it just won't play audio. Two days ago I clean Installed windows 10 for other reasons, I decided to connect my Bluetooth headphones hoping they'll work this time, and they didn't.

I have exhausted every method I've seen on youtube none of them work, could someone from Acer please help me fix this.

Click settings in start menu. Search 'troubleshoot'. Click 'troubleshoot other problems'. Click 'Bluetooth' Click 'run the troubleshooter'. Follow directions/answer question in this bluetooth troubleshooter. Report back with the troubleshooter's results.
