    (1) With the machine off, turn it back on and immediately tap the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu.
    (2) In the BIOS  Main tab, make sure the F12 and D2D options are enabled. Then press F10 to save settings and exit.
    (3) Then turn the machine off again, turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key.
    (4) A reset menu should appear to allow you to erase everything and do a Win7 factory reset.

When bootup, while still in black screen, hold down ALT+Fn keys and keep tapping the F10 key until seeing the Restore Menu.

Trouble Shoot->Reset this PC-> Remove Everything (This is for Win 10, Win 7 should be something similar)

No. Disregard FN key. Only press ALT + F10 as in step 3 posted earlier. Turn the machine off again, turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. No FN key.

Turn machine off again. Then press and hold both the ALT and F10 keys at the same time. Then while sitll holding the two keys, turn the machine on again.
