Hello dear users, I ran into the problem of CPU throttling while loading it. Aspire 5 a515 55g laptop. Intel Core i3 1005G1 processor. Frequency dips occur in all applications and games.
Below are screenshots with Aida, this problem appeared a long time ago, after buying a laptop, less than a year has passed since that moment.
I think it's the thermal paste, but in fact the laptop is new and there shouldn't be any problems with it.
Who had a similar problem? I would be glad to receive any information!

Battery must be near 100% charge & plugged in BEFORE starting heavy loads for maximum loaded use time. Battery drains to supplement power supply under heavy loads. When it drains to below about 50%, charging the battery takes precedent over the CPU/GPU and throttling starts even if temperatures are below throttling thresholds.

    Hi @AndreySintsov,

    Try this steps
    1. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options:
    2. Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > Processor Power Management.
    3. Poor airflow - either from an insufficient cooling solution, or excessive dust build-up, which can clog fans, ventilation, and heat sinks.
