Recently I found out that my Acer Nitro 5 has a 144hz refresh rate, and the only way to access it is through the NVIDIA GTX that it came with, but for some reason I cannot access it. When I go to change my integrated GPU to my dedicated GPU in my display settings, it only allows me to select the integrated GPU. Can someone please help me with this?

Some Nitro 5 models support the faster refresh and some do not. Are you sure yours is one of the versions that has it? What is your full model number? It should be something like AN5xx-xxx-xxxx. My Nitro 5 doesn't have the 144Hz option, but then it was less expensive than the ones that did. :)
