ConceptD Pallet not opening

I had to reinstall Windows, now I cant get pallet to open after installing it. 

Any ideas how to fix this?

    I found the problem. When i was extratcting the .zip it was giving me a file path too long, and i was just going on without those files. Don't do that, extract it straight to c:/

    Go to support.acer.com 
    chose your country 
    type snid or chose your model 
    It will go to drivers and manual page -  Scroll down -  click on apps 


    Download and install the ConceptD Pallet 


    Try to extract the files.   Go to the extracted folder.    Run the setup file.    Check and let us know whether it is installed and working fine.
