At the certain system load fan noise is not constant but goes like wooo-wooo every 2-3 seconds. Like it is slightle changes RPM. The procces is silent and I don`t notice it durning the day, but at night it distracts my attentio because it is not just plain noise. Laptop is new, bought it 5 days ago.

Is it normal for Acer laprops? Is it some kind of Ai fan control system that changes RPM slightle at some thermal trahsold? (WHen cpu usage is higher it became louder but the sound doesn`t goes in waywes)

Yes this is normal for a dual fan system. When the two fan blades are running at different rpms (frequencies), a beat rpm (frequency) is created which is the difference between the two fan rpms (frequencies). So, for example, if one fan is running at 4000 rpm and the other at 3000 rpm, you'll hear a lower volume softer secondary 1000 beat rpm (frequency) in addition to the two primary 3000 and 4000 rpms frequencies.  Since the fan speeds are constantly changing due to temperature changes of the CPU and GPU, the beat frequencies change accordingly.
