I left my laptop in sleep mode for hours with 30% battery, and now I tried to open it and the blinking goes on. I charged it for hours and waited for the charging light turns blue, but when I turned it on. The blinking is still there and there's no display at all. Just blinkng of the power light and backlit light

Press and hold power button till the laptop shuts off. Then unplug the charger. Insert a paperclip into the reset pinhole on the bottom for about a minute. Plug the charger back in but still wait for the battery charge LED to turn to steady blue. Then try to turn it on again.

    Hi @Ryry123,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Did the battery charge LED ever turn to steady blue when turned off with charger plugged in?

Yes, and if I turn it on, the same thing will happen.

Update: I can turn it on but it will only turn on if I rest this laptop for an hour or more. Is there's something wrong with this laptop?

    (1) Is the charger plugged in?

    (2) What do you mean by rest? Turned off plugged in? Turn off not plugged in?
