Acer Predator Helios 300 does not recognise USB drive to boot from

Hey everyone,

I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 and I recently installed Mint Linux on it. I have since bought myself a system that runs better with Linux and I would like to revert back to Windows. The problem, however, is that my Helios does not recognise a bootable USB no matter what I try. I have followed multiple guides, turning off safe boot etc and nothing. I only have one boot option no matter what, which is called 'ubuntu' and this obviously boots into Linux. I have tested the USB drive on my other machine and it is an option to book from there, so it is simply an issue with my Helios. Does anyone have any ideas here on how to get this machine to recognise other bootable media?

Thanks in advance,
