    I just noticed this comment. What do you mean by 'tried Win7? Did you try to install Win7?

    Please post phone photos of your BIOS Main & Boot tabs if possible.

    OK. If you actually installed Win7 in legacy BIOS mode, the OEM hidden reset partition would've been lost. So no way to go back anyway. Open Device Manager. If you still see no red or yellow warnings, click both the human interface device and mouse folders. Please post a screenshot if possible.
