So, I recently bought an Nitro 5 that comes up with 1T HD and 128Gb SSD, it has one m2 slot avaible and I'm looking foward a 1TB ssd, but I have no clue wether it's compatible with my model (AN515-54-58CL). I want to buy an Adta XPG Gammix S11 Pro (M2 SSD NVMe) of 1T. Is it compatible?

I've been searching on the portuguese forum and someone said that the thickness of the ssd might be a problem too, is it correct?
Should I worry about anything else?

Thanks!

I just looked up a review (https://www.digitalcitizen.life/adata-xpg-gammix-s11-pro-ssd-review/) and it says that it is 6.1mm thick.  It might fit but one cannot be sure.  Personally I'd go SK Hynix and get these pads (or something like them).  Only because it's so hard to really know without looking into your laptop and taking calipers to really know.

Edit:  Any SSD really that you like but I don't know that I'd buy one with a heatsink on it for a laptop.  Too many clearance issue questions unless you can find someone who has it installed in the same model you have.
