Problem with Audio (ACER NITRO 5 AN515-54-5812) (REALTEK AUDIO)

I have Reatlek(R) Audio version 6.0.8929.1 installed on my device which also has a piece of software called Waves MaxxAudio bundled with it. I tried disabling audio enhancements in order to get clean sound, but it doesn't work. Uninstalling MaxxAudio also doesn't work.
Even uninstalling the drivers and reverting to Windows ones still has whatever effects Waves MaxxAudio does to the sound. For example, in Detroit: Become Human, regardless of whether audio enhancements are on or off and Waves MaxxAudio is present, it sounds as if the audio is in Mono(mono setting is also off btw): all the character voices get pushed forward and the game music is dramatically reduced. It distorts the original mix and makes it sound ugly. Any help on this will be appreciated.
