I have purchased the ACER Predator Orion 3000 PO3-630 Gaming PC from Currys (not received yet) Which slot on the motherboard
m.2(2280) m.key ssd1 or
m.2(2280) m.key ssd2 is the M.2 PCIE SSD card loaded when shipped.
Can more than 1 card be loaded at the same time so I can expand the storage capacity.

You have two M.2 ports for SSDs and one for the Wifi/Bluetooth, so no problem in expanding to a second SSD. Note that the 1TB/2TB listed isn't really a limit. You can put any size you want in that fits within your budget. I seem to remember an 8TB M.2 SSD being announced recently... :)

so so I can have a scenario of 1gb M.2 card in one slot and 2 GB M.2 card in the second slot

Maybe, but you would lose WiFi and BT if that was possible.

If I remember correctly, the other M.2 slot used by WiFi/BT doesn't have space for a longer card. Like the one you already have, many M.2 SSDs are 80mm in length and your WiFi/BT card is only 30mm. Furthermore, I'm not sure that the WiFi/BT slot is wired correctly to even utilize M.2 storage drives.

If you really want to add another M.2 SSD, I think your motherboard has one empty PCIe slot. If so, easiest would be to get PCIe M.2 adapter (20€?). Just be sure to get one with the "right key".

Actually, the PO3-630 has three M.2 slots, two for SSDs and one for the WiFi/Bluetooth card. So a second SSD doesn't affect the ability to have or use WiFi. The SSD ports are 15 and 25 in this picture, the WiFi is 20:
