Before adding the frames I had 2 cubes of 8gb each now I have 4 cubes of 8 gb each. All cubes are from the same company with the same mhz. Before that I had 3200mhz on dual channel and now I have 2400mhz on quad channel. Which may be the reason why the speed has been reduced.

Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
System type x64-based PC
Processor i7-11700F
BIOS version/date of American Megatrends Inc. R01-A1
SMBIOS Version 3.3
Embedded Controller Version 1.01
UEFI BIOS Mode
Motherboard manufacturer Acer
Motherboard Product Predator PO3-630
Motherboard Version 1.0

I cant find in BIOS xmp for increasing mhz of ram. Looks like its locked or its hidden.

What is the part number and manufacturer of the new memory? Are you sure it's not XMP memory instead of JEDEC?
