updated bios reverted boot drive back to hdd from ssd, changed bios order Aspire V5-591g-75r

back to ssd as priority but it won't allow it to be used the hdd is the slow takes 5 minutes to turn on with the ssd it's about 20 seconds. Aspire V5-591g-75r

    Try setting and saving a BIOS supervisor password. Then re-enter the BIOS with the password and disable secure boot. Then you may be able to boot from the priority first drive in the boot order

    Have you set the boot priority to the SSD in BIOS ?

    Yes, tell us more how "it won't allow it to be used".

    If you cloned the old spinner HDD's operating system to your new SSD drive then, take the spinner HDD out and only boot with the new SSD drive as the boot drive, a system always boots from the old OEM drive if both drives are installed! Or it might be that you havent cloned the new SSD drive properley and the system only boots from your old spinner HDD! These are common causes of your problem.
