I don't even have a DVD player so I have no idea what this could be, possibly something important so I'm wondering if this and everything else in hidden devices should be kept.

I used ghostbuster to get rid of my old broken HDD which is no longer connected to my laptop, but also deleted a USB drive which I believe is how I did the windows installation on my SSD, is this the likely case and is that ok?

Everything else that can be seen in the screenshot is safe to keep without having to worry about it?

Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53, I believe the ROM came from windows installer USB I used which mounts ISO files. I've already uninstalled it but I'm wondering if you know what the unknown device 00000 in the screenshot and if I should leave everything else alone in general.
