Hi, I can't see my bluetooth driver in device manager, previously there was no problem with that I was connected to it one hour before, later that I was trying to connect my earphone but it is not getting connected. so I checked the bluetooth device settings, there I can't see the option to on or off button, then I go to the device manager and disabled the driver and then enabled it. after I performed the enable action I can't see the Bluetooth driver option anymore.

I also ran the trouble shoot and it says like this. Does anyone know how to fix it? Please help

device : Aspire 3 a315-53g
