Stuck deadly at acer logo right after power on Acer Aspire T3-715

Acer Aspire T3-715 Windows 10 64b. 21H1

Windows updated 21H1 on my OS about a month ago.

Than, start up issues & others one after another.

Start up is complete but no mouse.

Start up is complete but nothing works.

Start up is complete but a black desktop.

Boots into Windows but crashes.

Crach 20~30 minute after start up or anytime when the PC is working.

Various BSODs

Then, five days ago, the start up process stuck as acer logo 2 or 3 seconds after power on.

To this point, the PC does start anymore.

And everything, mouse, keyboard, all the USB ports . . . are all dead.

The only function of this PC now is power on & stuck at the acer logo & power off.

How to solve this issue, please?

Try these basic steps as you are using a Acer PC.

Turn off the computer.
Unplug all the devices and cables including power cable.
Press and hold the power button for 45 seconds.
Connect all the cables back. Please connect the power cable as the last one.

Turn on the computer
Tap del on the keyboard while turning on the computer.
Go to bios
press f9 - Load defaults - press yes
press f10 - save the changes - press yes

Computer should load the windows ..

Note: if the keyboard is not working try to use an alternative usb wired keyboard and check. Check whether you are getting the lights turned "on" on the keyboard when you turn on the computer.

Yes. I have done this two times in two different ways.

"Turn on . . . Tap del . . . ."
It does not work. Nothing works. Keyboard, mouse, & all USB ports all dead.

"Go to bios"
Can not not. Everything is dead.

Newer computers, you have to hold FN while tapping the F12.
Maybe also hold the ALT key and tap F10 or Hold FN & ALT and tap F10 to get you in recovery.

Once again try the steps what William_mk2 said but now this time before turning ON the unit press and hold the del key and then turn it ON and check is it enters into BIOS.

There are several things that could potentially leave you in this error. Try powering everything down and disconnect the cables, then open it up and pull the CMOS battery for a hour or so. I'd put a new battery in just in case the old one has gone south. With the CMOS battery back in place plug keyboard, mouse, monitor and power back in then try turning it on and using the DEL key to get into the BIOS. In the BIOS use the F9 key to reset to defaults and the F10 key to save and exit. That might be enough to get you running if the issue is BIOS related.

If the issue is the EFI image, first try booting with the HDD disconnected. That deals with a potentially bad HDD, you can try booting from a Windows install image flash drive to get into repair mode. You will likely have to get back in the BIOS to disable Secure Boot and enable the F12 boot menu. Us the Command Prompt in Repair mode to look at the drive partitions and to add a drive letter to the EFI partition, then rebuild the EFI partition. If that fails the drive may be toast...
