I'm having this problem with the Nitro AN515-55-53AG and it's been going on for 3 days

This happened after running a command prompt .exe file.

I've already tried going to Troubleshoot > Startup Settings and using Safe mode, I even tried the rest of them and nothing has worked, my Microsoft account was locked at the time of this happening so there's only a Sign in button and no section to enter a password. I've tried looking at videos and articles and none of it's helped. If anyone has a solution it'd be greatly appreciated.

We can easily fix this issue..

Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue..

    Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin
    type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine
    click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close
It will show you all the icons..

Try and check whether it is working now ..

You need to start the computer in safe mode with networking..

    1.  By doing a system restore you can fix the issue
    2.  By creating a new user you can fix the issue
    3.  By editing the registry setting you can fix the issue ( most powerful one )

Start the computer in safe mode

On the login screen - type a wrong password
you will see a power button on the upper right or lower right corner of the screen
click power.   It will show you sleep shutdown and restart
Press and hold the shift key on the lower left corner of keyboard and click on restart on the screen
Keep holding the shift key till you see chose an option, continue, troubleshoot screen
It will show you chose an option , continue, troubleshoot.    Remove the finger from the shift key on the keyboard.
click on troubleshoot - click on advanced options
chose startup setting - click on restart
press no 5 on the keyboard to chose safe mode with networking
You will get a login screen -  type the password - you will not get any error - It will login - it will show you all the icons

Before editing the registry you can always create a new user - set it as admin and then you can login as new user
You can even try a system restore

Login to safe mode with networking..
    Try windows + r - regedit
    Please go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Profile List
Here you see two files with the same name but one will have a .bak as an extension
The one without the .bak is your default profile and it is your infected file
Tried to add .ba to the one without the .bak
Tried to remove the .bak from the other profile so that it will become your default profile
Now go to the default profile ..
Right click on state and refcount and change the value in value data to 0

Restart the computer.    Login to regular mode.  Type the same password.  You will be able to login in regular mode

I can't sign in at all.. all it does is say "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded" and doesn't go to anything
I have a sign-in button and not a password tab on the screen so I'm not sure what to do.
