Hello,

from Germany here, I have also trouble with my Acer Predator Monitor XB252Q , I read other similar threads here with the same issue. Iam glad Iam not the only one who has this issue.

I noticed several times that my Acer Predator XB252Q has also the Gsync line bug. It appears at least 2-3 times a month, when swichting on the monitor from Standby.

My system is:
i7-10700F @2,9Hz (no OC)
16 GB RAM
SSD 1 TB
RTX 3070 (alsway up to date via Geforce experience)
Win 10 (always up to date)

I bought this monitor from local retailer in January 2018 and I noticed the issue January 2020 when I bought a new PC Acer Predator Orion 3000 (PO3-620).

Normally Iam happy with this monitor but this gsync issue is very annoying. Every time I must change the monitor refresh rate (e.g from 240Hz to 200Hz and back) or switching off and on the power button of the monitor to get rid of the bug.

I read that this issue cause by the panel from AO Optronics which is build in many Gsync monitors from many manufacturers.

Is Nvidia aware of this issue since years I have read but until now there is no fix for it? Not even a firmware update?

I hope you have good news for us, Acer?

ps: sorry for my English it's not my native language.
