I tried resetting the battery by pressing the power button and the battery hole at the button. I cannot get into the os(windows) and the battery always in 100%.

    (1) Press and hold power button again till laptop turns off.
    (2) Unplug charger. No LEDs should be lit.
    (3) Insert paperclip into reset pinhole for 60 seconds while also pressing and holding the power button.
    (4) Plug charger back in but don't try to turn machine on until battery charge LED turns solid blue.
    (5) Turn machine on and immediately tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu
    (6) Press F9 to load defaults in BIOS menu.
    (7) Press F10 to save default setting and exit BIOS menu
    (8) Windows should start

I tried doing the troubleshoot, the battery light is still in amber color(charging) for 3 hours. I will update if it works. Thank you

Please don't try to turn the laptop on till the battery charge LED turns blue. This may take up to eight hours.
