I have replaced the cr2302 battery. Reset the settings by disconnecting for over an hour. Removed the internal battery. Pressed the reset micro button and the power button for a long period. Any ideas?

Let it sit for several hours after removing the battery, that forces all residual electricity to bleed off. Then hook the battery back up and reassemble and plug the charger in. Wait until it's giving the full battery indication and try turning it back on.
