NG-PT515-51-77HG has been repaired twice

Hi there I need a solution to my problem which is my laptop has been repaired twice since buying it in march 2020 already. It is freezing, has connection issues to the internet and starts heating with fans making noises straight after turning the laptop on. Can you please help me with this issue because last time they 6 weeks to repair my master's degree is going to start I need a solution because the laptop shouldn't be having these issue especially if it is high end laptop suggesting manufacture faulty can I get I replace the laptop or return it.

    Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.   Please check the details by contacting them.

    @Pascal12 because you have sent it twice already to the RMA if afraid theres nothing that anyone here can help with as we usually try to troubleshoot any issues before its sent to RMA after that its up to them to fix it so i suggest you contact acer support and get them to fix it properly keep pushing it before your warranty expires because after it expires theres no more support good luck and bare in mind this community its not the official acer support channel were just normal users like yourself here voluntarily on our own free time :)
