AN515-44-R3D3 screen problem!

Hi, everybody. I bought a laptop a few days ago and everything worked normally to this day. Anyway, the screen started showing some strange lines (see picture). At first I suspected he might have been over-heated or that he had magnetised something, so I turned it off and left it overnight. Of course when I turned it back on, he was showing the same thing. I installed a program to erase my graphics. I have a Ryzen 7 4800h with integrated graphics and of course Gtx 1650Ti. I delete the Amd graphics and then everything worked normally because it was only running GTX1650ti. I went to the official website from ryzen and installed the latest driver for graphics. But the same thing happened again. I deleted it again, so I installed the 2020 version thinking an older version might help me, but no. The same thing happened again. What could possibly cause the problem?

    Hii,
The lines are gone, I've deleted amd drivers and installed everything possible through EasyDriver. I used to use DriverBooster but obviously it wasn't good enough that it displayed every possible driver to install. So far, they're gone, but I don't even have amd software app. I'm not brave enough to install it because it might reappear when I install the software.

    Hi @mariox03

check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec.  If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.
