SSD upgrate for SF314-52-32PC

Hello,

Is it possible to upgrade my notebook ssd capacity. currently i have 128 gb and it is not enough. I need your help and advice.  Also i saw another ssd slot in notebook. Can i use additional ssd m.2 Nvme pcie ssd or can i changed my ssd sata 3 with m.2 Nvme pcie? Thanks

    Yes, you can upgrade to a larger drive and potentially install a second drive. The main M.2 port supports SATA and NVMe drives up to the NVMe x4 speeds, the secondary port is rated for SATA only, but might support NVMe x2 drives. Clone the existing 128GB drive to the new larger drive then boot using only the new drive in the main port. Once everything is working in that configuration you can try putting the old drive into the secondary port to see if it will work with NVMe drives. If it comes up and you can see both drives use Disk Management to wipe the small drive and create a new partition using all the space as a data volume. If the smaller drive does not work in the secondary slot, pick up a SATA for there instead.
