Hello

I want upgrade my RAM to 20GB; Currently I have 8GB of 2667Mhz (4GB*2). 4GB-Non-Replacable(soldered), 4GB-Replacable. I have found some good RAM upgrades (Kingston, Crucial) of 16GB. But there are no 2667Mhz only 2666,3200,2400Mhz. Is it ok to put a any of those (2666,3200,2400Mhz) with the soldered RAM of 4GB (2667Mhz). If it is ok I have selected some RAMs on Amazon. Links are given below.

2667MHz is the same as 2666MHz, just rounded off to the next integer. Anything 2666MHz or faster should be fine.

And is it also compatible with 3200Mhz?

Yes. But the 3200MHz sodimm will automatically downshift to 2666MHz the maximum speed allowed by the mainboard bus. So don't pay extra f0r 3200MHz sodimm because it will be no faster than a 2666MHz sodimm in your mainboard bus.
