Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue..

    Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin
    type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine
    click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close
It will show you all the icons..

Try and check whether it is working now ..

If it is still not working kindly follow the steps given below:

    Try windows x
Go to device manager - Go to sound video and game controllers.  Expand it
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager.  Please uninstall all the items below the sound video and game controllers.
Restart the computer.  It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the sound driver

I actually am running Windows 11. It runs pretty decent, the only negative thing I've found is that the GPU performs slightly lesser. I'm running a Predator PH315-53

That happened with me i fixed it going in the device manager, opening the options on sound controller and  Realtek high definition And updating the audio driver, but instead of downloading it again i just clicked on the option browsing in my computer and pick the high definition audio device and then restarted. I saw it in a tutorial online I can’t find now, but it worked for me but I don’t know if you have the same audio drive as i have though

Guess youre one of the few lucky without any issues but u should already know microsoft they will always push an unfinished full of bugs product for all users to find and report the issues for them to fix them after much less hassle for them as we do half of their work this way they just have to spend their time fixing not looking for and most time we the end users will fix them for them :p

This seems to be an issue across many manufacturers of computers and bluetooth earphones and earbuds. Updated to Window 11. Issue after update. My bluetooth earbuds do work using Google Meet, but no sound on Youtube or Youtube TV. Works sometimes on ZOOM, but not always. Working on ZOOM, switched to Youtube TV and the earbuds were working, back to ZOOM and closed it and Youtube TV lost the sound.  Also have an external bluetooth speaker and it works as it did prior to Win 11.
Have tried all suggested fixes of updating drivers associated with bluetooth and sound, uninstalling/reinstalling the earbuds, and the menufacturer even sent me brand new earbuds and the same issue continues with the new ones.
Just tryin to use my earbuds as they were before updating to Windows 11.
