How to fix acer 1 keyboard keys?

Some of the keys randomly stopped working on my acer 1. I have done a factory reset and a battery reset and nothing seems to help. The keys that randomly stopped working are the B; C; M; N; V; X; Z; the comma key (,); the period key (.); and the question mark key (?). Seems to be the bottom row of keys. Is there any way to fix this problem myself or do I need to take it in to get it fixed?

    DebKirkman,

It looks like hardware issue. Contact acer tech support,

OR book the unit for repair service,

Something that affects the bottom row is unlikely to be an issue with contaminants between the layers of the keyboard membrane. It's much more likely the issue is physical with those keys. The quicker fix will be as suggested, contact Acer support and let them handle it for you. Slower (but not likely by much) and more expensive would be to buy a replacement keyboard and replace it yourself. Which model do you have? Which language is it setup for?
