    Hello!!

    @Mohameedtarek

    I understand that laptop battery does not charge 100% fully. I recommend you to try uninstalling the battery driver in Device Manager.
    1. Press the Windows key + R key.
    2. In the Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc and press the Enter key.
    3. In Device Manager, click > or + sign next to Batteries.
    4. Right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and click Uninstall.
    5. Click OK to confirm uninstalling the driver.
    6. Restart the computer.
    After this action check battery charging and share the result. Hope it help you!!

    Regards,

    Follow AcerCareCenter instructions on this link to calibrate battery and change charging limits.

    Btw and as an addition, it happens to all of us especially with these cheap none OEM batteries that you get online, follow the guides above as I have this same problems all the time and all I do is, unplug the charger and run the laptop on the battery until it warns me that "battery level is low" and then replug the charger in and it seems to fix these problems but, I suggest that do what JackE has a link to the Acer "Calibrate your battery using Acer Care Center" which is the proper way.
