So i've had the internet issue basically since I got the laptop but now I have some system issues. When I logged on today I got met with user profile cannot be loaded and unable to login
so I reset a few times and then finally once it logged in but it was the the base form of the laptop, I reset again and then I was back on my save of the laptop. I thought it was done but I was wrong, the first thing I realized is that predatorsense cannot be opened and i'm met with an error any time I try to open it. So I tried to do some fixes and I quickly realized that basically anything related to my system wouldn't open either. If I try to open CMD in admin, "the service cannot accept control messages at this time" pops up, this occurs for basically all system softwares, I am not even able to reset my laptop to a reset point before this happened because the same error happens, not quite sure what to do, anybody have an solutions?

As i said any recovery thats not a clean install wont solve any issues at all so make sure to backup everything first also if anyone sends it to acer this is the first procedure they will do to rule out any software issues  :)

hey spent all day trying things, everything seems to be working fine but I had to reinstall the Predatorsense application, but it seems to be missing "predatorsense.exe". I've searched some things and haven't found an answer have any ideas?

    things i've tried:
deleting with IOBot uninstaller and reinstalling
clicking the brown folder in the download package (it says predatorsense v30 is already installed, open or reinstall... i tried both neither worked)

Do a "Clean Install" but first get an 8GB USB drive and download the Create Windows 10 installation media on your existing laptop so that its got the same format and it can boot from the USB! What xapim is advising you is very simple as it seems that your system has certain bugs that are causing these problems. Get yourself a backup disk first and back up all your valuable data and then do a "Clean Install", its a simple as the more you try to fix things the more you will do more damage to a point that you won't be able to recover your valuable data if you have any on your laptop?.
