Predator Helios 300 I am not able to undervolt my cpu

Recently i bought my Acer Predator Helios 300 (Rtx 2060) and the temperatures are REALLY HIGH idling at about 75-80c. When i am trying to undervolt my cpu using XTU its just gray and i am not able to move the slider please help me as when ever i do anything the temperature peaks at about 95c

    i Have a 3060 model and i am also not able to undervolt from intel xtu. Just Download throttlestop and undervolt from there

    @IconicStudios forget xtu completely remove it and shutdwon (not restart) its intel garbage useless use TS instead check my signature to learn more about undervolting and unless the bios on your model its locked to not be able to undervolt youre fine also make sure to optimize your windows properly and if the thermal issues still persist after undervolting/optimizing repasting with kryonaut or similar its the only way to go if youre able to without voiding your warranty otherwise only acer can repaste it with stock paste also if you temps are idling at those values you have a bad thermal paste application i suggest you either repaste it yourself or send it back to acer if you cant as optimizing/undervolting wont do anything for you anyways good luck :)
