I purchased Acer Nitro 5 but I did not get Windows with it?

We need to determine whether there is a recovery partition present inside your computer. 

Turn off the computer.. 
Try alt + f10 or alt gr + f10  or alt car + f10 while turning on the computer 
It will show you - chose an option, continue , troubleshoot 
Go to troubleshoot
It will show you reset this pc - advanced options
Go to reset this pc - remove everything -   it will reinstall windows 

If you are not able to go to troubleshoot options then the recovery partition might not be present inside your computer. 


You might have purchased a computer with DOS ( Disk operating system - Old version Dos 6.22 command mode ).      If the computer doesn't came with windows you have to install windows on it.  


Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.  You can purchase recovery media through them. 

If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.
