I purchased a Predator Helios 300 PH315-53-594S in n October,2020 and one day in June, 2021 it stopped working and I had to get my motherboard changed. After that being sorted out by the end of July, the predator sense application stopped working on my laptop. As a result, I'm unable to overclock my GPU, control the fan speed which lead tl overheating and poor performance. So, I tried to re-install it but the application gave me an error saying that it isn't supported on my computer. After looking around for some time I found that my computer's name has been changed from 'Predator Helios 300 PH315-53' to 'Aspier-XXXX' and the serial number and the SNID have all been changed and that might be the root cause of my problem. So, is there any solution to solve this issue?

@Anvaya unfortunately theres nothing you can do to change the model number/name as you need to send it back to change the model name to the correct one in the bios that requires the bios to be re edited and reflashed with the correct model number contact acer support asap i have seen this happening many times whne a mobo its replaced by a donor mobo as when they replace mobos they are all refurbished no manufacturer will get u a new mobo and some models have the exact same mobos/hardware also sometimes they flash the bios for the wrong model so one of these happen most probably wrong bios flashed :)
