I have and Acer TC-895-UA92 Desktop.  The fan keeps cycling on and off.  What can I do to fix?

No need, the fan is controlled in relation to CPU temperature. When the fan is off or very quiet it just means the temperature is low.

I have the same issue with my

    Aspire XC-1660G

It didn't start out that way but after a few months of owning it, it just keeps revving up and down all day long.  Most of my day is office work and this shouldn't be happening.

You fan will vary also depending on the load on the cpu but could it be these as reported earlier ? https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/659907/fan-speed-problem-resolved#latest
