I have purchased Acer Swift 3 laptop about a year ago and its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver is not working since last five month. I tried to solve the issue by upgrading the said driver using ethernet and also tried one that is available in Acer home page but none of these could solve the problem. This laptop now is being useless to me as I have purchased it to perform my daily office work but due to above mention problem it has been burden for me. I could not even use Bluetooth and watch movies, listen songs using the Bluetooth  earphone.

Details of laptop is as below.

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
Installed on ‎10/‎4/‎2020
OS build 19042.1165
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0

Fire up Device Manager in Windows and look for any issues with any drivers. Especially look under the network, Bluetooth and USB settings.

I update the driver but bluethoot still doesn't work. Wi-Fi also works intermittently, is it a hardware problem?

    Hi @BASHANTA

If you have tried to reinstall the drivers and it didn't work then you can try to do a factory reset to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link to do a reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.

@Andronoff please start a new thread for your issue, since it likely doesn't fully match this user's. Include your full model number (something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx, there have been a lot of Swift 3 models over the years), what you are seeing and what you have tried so far. We'll help you take it from there.
